Working Principle
The main motor of the pin-type sand mill drives the main shaft's pin rotor to rotate at high speed through a V-belt and a wedge-shaped belt pulley (adjustable center of gravity), thereby driving the grinding media (zirconia beads) in the grinding chamber to move at high speed, which in turn causes the grinding media to generate great impact force, impact force, friction force, and shear force, allowing the material to be fully ground and dispersed.
The pin-type sand mill uses a high-precision sand mill dedicated mechanical seal, with high assembly precision requirements and long durability. The grinding chamber is completely sealed, reducing air mixing, preventing the generation of a large number of bubbles, and reducing solvent volatilization to avoid environmental pollution. At the same time, this model uses a static screen-type diaphragm pump tubular central discharge, separating the grinding media and the material to be ground in the center of the grinding chamber; because the grinding beads generate self-cleaning action on the surface of the device, it can reduce the embedding of grinding media in the gaps, preventing clogging. Different particle sizes of grinding media and screens can be selected according to the fineness requirements of the material, and this machine is suitable for various fluid materials with different viscosities.
