    The main motor of the turbine sand mill is driven by a V-belt and a wedge-shaped pulley to drive the turbine on the main shaft to run at high speed, thereby driving the grinding medium (zirconia beads) in the grinding chamber to move at a high speed, and then the grinding medium produces a large impact force , Impact force, friction force and shear force, so that the material can be fully ground, dispersed and mixed.

    The turbine sand mill adopts a special mechanical seal for high-precision sand mills, which has high assembly precision requirements and long durability. The grinding chamber is completely sealed, which reduces the mixing of air, prevents a large number of air bubbles, greatly avoids contact with air to avoid material pollution, and can also reduce the volatilization of solvents, greatly avoiding environmental pollution. At the same time, this machine adopts a static screen-type diaphragm pump to discharge material in the tubular center, and the grinding medium and the material to be ground are separated at the center of the grinding chamber; since the grinding beads move on the surface of the device to produce self-cleaning effect, it can reduce the blocking of the grinding medium. In the gap, it greatly prevents the problem of material blocking. According to different fineness requirements of materials, grinding media and screens with different particle sizes can be selected. This machine is suitable for various fluid materials with different viscosities.
