    The disc-type grinder is a wet grinding device capable of reducing materials down to micro- and nanoscale levels. Equipped with a dual cooling system and a high-centrifugal separation system featuring ultra-narrow gaps, this machine ensures smooth material discharge without clogging the separator. As a result, the filter mesh’s service life is significantly extended, and the mesh can even be easily removed for cleaning or replacement. The main motor drives the spindle rotor via a V-belt, causing it to spin at high speed. This rotation, in turn, sets the grinding media into rapid motion, generating intense impact, friction, and shear forces that thoroughly grind and uniformly mix the material. The machine incorporates a robust mechanical seal, ensuring exceptional reliability and durability. Additionally, the grinding chamber is completely sealed, preventing air from entering—thus eliminating bubble formation and minimizing the evaporation of additives, which helps reduce environmental pollution. Finally, the grinder employs a dynamic separation mechanism to distinguish between the grinding media and the material being processed. Both the stationary and rotating rings are crafted from high-precision, wear-resistant alloy steel, ensuring that the grinding media remains free from jamming within the gaps and maintaining an impressively long operational lifespan.

    How it works
    The main motor of the disc bead mill is driven by a V-belt and wedge-shaped pulley, which spins the grinding disc mounted on the spindle at high speed. This, in turn, sets the grinding media (zirconia beads) inside the grinding chamber into rapid motion, generating intense impact forces, as well as frictional and shear forces. As a result, the material is thoroughly ground, dispersed, and uniformly mixed.
    The disc-type sand mill features a high-precision mechanical seal specifically designed for sand mills, ensuring exceptional assembly accuracy and delivering extended durability. The grinding chamber is completely sealed, minimizing air entrainment, which helps prevent excessive bubble formation and safeguards the material from contamination by limiting its exposure to air. Additionally, this design reduces solvent evaporation, thereby mitigating environmental pollution risks. Furthermore, this model incorporates a static screen-type diaphragm pump with a tubular central discharge system, enabling efficient separation of the grinding media from the material being processed right at the center of the grinding chamber. Thanks to the self-cleaning action created as the grinding beads move across the surface of this device, clogging of the grinding media in narrow gaps is significantly minimized, effectively preventing material blockages. Depending on the desired fineness of the material, users can select grinding media and screen sizes tailored to their specific needs. This versatile machine is well-suited for handling a wide range of fluid materials with varying viscosities.
